Depending on the relative ripple current, switching frequencies up to 1MHz are possible to realise compact geometries. Saturation rated current goes up to 20A and the DC resistance is less than 1mΩ. They are available in 2 sizes (1812 and 3512), packed in tape on reel and they are SMD mountable.
